Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at Rosehill Methodist Primary Academy
Welcome to the Early Years Foundation Stage at Rosehill Methodist Primary Academy, where we provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. Our EYFS is divided into Nursery and Reception classes, each offering unique experiences to support your child's early development.
At Rosehill, the children embark on their learning through play-based activities. Exploring and Investigating, Watching and Listening, Talking and Discussing, creating and communicating.
They gain some independence learning to do things for themselves, while getting used to being in set routines.
The children start to develop early Literacy and Maths skills. Learn about their environment and the wider world around them, all whilst continually developing those all important social skills.
